Remote Patient Monitoring is a vital key to Close care, a national objective set by the government of Sweden. Therefore, we’ve developed our platform with nursing staff and patients in focus. The healthcare of tomorrow is already here.

Thanks to ImagineCare, patients can control their health well while nursing staff can focus their time on the patients. Our ambition is safe healthcare with improved availability and health, shorter waiting times, and fewer hospitalizations.

ImagineCare offers Sweden’s largest platform for remote patient monitoring, with two regional contracts where we monitor the citizens of Östergötland and Jämtland Härjedalen on conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, asthma, COPD, and diabetes. We have developed an agile, sustainable solution that will keep evolving regarding the needs of regions, caregivers, and patients.

I’m proud that we have now taken this step. It enables our inhabitants to be more involved in their healthcare, getting increased control of their disease and being able to contribute to a more stable and less affecting disease. ImagineCare – for whom?

Our solution helps regional and private caregivers to increase their patients' security and healthcare availability. We have fully developed health flows for many of today's most common chronic diseases. Still, our platform holds flexibility that enables new and adjusted health flows depending on the caregiver's needs.
