Measuring equipment
Through ImagineCare, you, as a care provider, can order relevant measurement equipment for the patient. These can be delivered to the health care center or the patient’s home. The measurement equipment is connected via Bluetooth to the patient app to transfer the health data automatically.
Today, the patient can measure the following health parameters: blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and weight gain. There is also support for manually entering values for temperature, physical activity, steps, and sleep through Apple Health and Google fit. The measuring equipment is continuously complemented in dialogue with our customers. New versions of equipment and new types of sensors are added to the platform to increase the ability to monitor the patient’s condition.
In many cases, follow-up must apply to more than just medical parameters. Therefore, ImagineCare’s solution also collects health data from validated rating scales.
